A 3-Day Cold Wax/Oil Workshop. Santa Fe, NM

“A Sense Of Place” is often described as connections and emotions between people and places that develops based on the place meanings, and attachment a person has for a particular setting. This workshop explores through abstract painting conceptual expression in art (main emphasis on ideas over traditional aesthetic values), at scales ranging from the home to the nation. This retreat includes lectures, presentations, art critiques plus lots of painting time.
