2020 ROLAND WORKSHOPS

Join me for my 24th year teaching unique encaustic workshops in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Chicago, and at other locations. I have a new line- up of intriguing classes that will inspire you and help you grow your art in ways you can barely imagine.

My specialty is Encaustic Monotype Printmaking. No one has more experience or has utilized encaustic and paper in more inventive ways--including encaustic painting, installations, back-lit paper, warmed drawings and much more. This enables me to help you find your voice and integrate your practice with this process.

I was awarded the IEA La Vendeene for unique advances in teaching and the development of the Roland HOTbox--the best tool ever for encaustic. JOIN ME IN A WORKSHOP AND SEE WHY ARTISTS--new or the most experienced--return again and again to work with me.

My NEW ENCAUSTIC STUDIO is in the heart of Santa Fe and near hotels, restaurants and BNBs. Thanks to the new location and to contributions from R&F Handmade Paints, my workshops are more affordable than ever! Follow the calendar links below or see Paula's Art Site!
