Susan Schenk
Susan Joan Schenk has exhibited extensively in Asia, Europe and South America. She received
her BFA from The School of Visual Arts, a BS from The University of Maryland in Sociology,
an MFA from Rutgers University and an MA in Museum Studies from City University of New York.
Ms. Schenk was the first woman photographer to serve in the NYC Police Department's
Photographic Unit. She was a lecturer in Art History, Studio Art and Photography for the
University of Maryland's Asian and European Divisions. She lives in Nebraska.
