PICK UP: Any artwork not picked up by Wednesday, August 27, 2008 will be charged a storage fee of $25 then $8/day. Any art not picked up after one week will become property of MM Galleries. Please make in person drop-offs, June 26,27 during MM Gallery hours, 11Am-5PM. If Artist fails to deliver work during this time period, IEA and MMG reserves the right to withdraw artist from the show(s) without notice. The Artist will be responsible for delivery of the artwork to MM Galleries, including any costs of shipping, and will be similarly responsible for the return of artwork from MMGalleries. IEA and MMG are not responsible for artwork left beyond the last stated pick-up date Wednesday August 27, 2008. MM and IEA are not responsible for any bodily injuries to persons involved in, or for any property damage that might occur during the loading, unloading or transit of artwork. Sales and Commissions: MMG will retain 50% of the retail sales commission. Artist will get 50% of sales. IEA is asking that artists donate 5% of sales, this is optional. The credit and collection risk will be the responsibility of the MMG. The Artist and MMG agree to equally share discounts given to customers, including designers, decorators, corporate accounts, or for special promotions, up to 10% of the agreed-upon retail price. Any further discount will not be given without the Artist’s consent. Step Six: Mail Entry so it ARRIVES by Saturday, May 31, 2008. Please use regular mail for entries. MMG will not pick up entries at the post office or make special arrangements. If your CD does not arrive in a normal manner, with the mail, you will not be entered in the show.
